PWRWP has been making robot spot weld guns and ancillary items for over 20 years. Now for the first time, we are able to offer customers all that experience……..and the robot as well.

Working with local company Cyberweld, who have over 40 years combined experience in supply, installation and programming of Fanuc robots, PWRWP can offer reconditioned spot welding robots at a price that makes real commercial sense.

With Fanuc robots now offering incredible reliability, (up to 50 months Mean Time Between Failures) reconditioned robots will provide many years of robust service. All robots from PWRWP are warrantied for 12 months.

Reconditioned Fanuc S420IF robot  installed in 2003.

Fully operational since then, with no robot failures.

20 spot welds with full poke-a-yoke tooling.

Material 0,9mm + 1mm mild steel.

Pressed assembly for Jaguar component in 1st tier automotive supplier.

Reconditioned Fanuc RG2 S420 robot installed in 1999 and running on 2 shift basis since then. Spares supplied: replacement pendant.

Robot handles to static spot welder and returns to operator.

32 spots on 1+1 steel in cycle time of 72 secs.

The RG2 S420 was one of the most widely used robots  in the  car industry worldwide. This robot is now 15 years old and still working 16 hours a day.

PW refurbished weld guns are sometimes available, but within the suggested cost a new gun and weld control can be supplied. Both AC and Medium Frequency (for large guns or for aluminium spot welding) are offered.  At additional cost, servo guns can also be provided, working with a Fanuc motor and drive.
