1. Force control

The weld force is critical to weld quality. With the Invertaspot GT, the force is simply programmed on the screen and the actual force delivered is visible at all times.

2. Single button operation

All the jobs you have pre-programmed can be recalled at the touch of a single button. Select and weld – it’s that simple.

3. Special mode

When you know the material types and thicknesses, these are selected from the Invertaspots memory of 1000’s of materials. The weld programme is automatically selected by the system.

4. Expert mode

When you know what you’re doing, you can set up your own weld programmes.

5. Material test

If the steel sheets are of unknown type, the Invertaspot will measure the resistance and determine the steel quality from a reference database of 1000’s of materials, including:-

• Mild Steel
• HSS Steel
• Boron coated  Steel
• Galvanised steel
• Aluminium coated steel

Once the material is known, programmes can again be determined automatically.
