Sale process.
At present we can only accept on-line orders for despatch to UK and Eire addresses.
All prices are clearly identifiable for each item. VAT at the rate current at the date of purchase will be added to your order.
Stock levels are displayed. These are updated once daily. PW makes no guarantee that items are in stock at time of order placement. If items you have ordered are not in stock, you will be notified by email from our sales office following your order confirmation.
You have at all times in the order process up to the point where you are requested to “confirm purchase” the option to change or cancel your order.
There is a minimum order value of £50-00
Your credit card will not be charged until we despatch the goods.
The contract will be filled by PW Resistance Welding Products Ltd.
The contract will not be visible via the on-line store.
The on-line store operates only in the English language.
All contracts are subject to English law.
Shipping And Handling
All goods are despatched by Parcel Force. This allows us to track the shipment and ensure that if delivery is not made within the prescribed time, the charge can be credited.
The standard charge for all shipments up to 30kg is £9.50 for all UK destinations except:-
Northern Ireland - £18.75
Eire - £18.75
All items ordered by 3pm will be despatched the same day (subject to stock levels)
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 - 2 business days.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

PW do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Returns Policy
PW despatch errors:
- Call us and ask for a returns number. Return the goods to us and we will credit in full, as well as crediting your return carriage cost up to our normal carriage charge. (Details from PW sales) Any damaged goods due to use or poor return packaging will not be credited.
Customer order errors:
- Call us and ask for a returns number. Return the goods to us and we will credit in full, less the cost of our original carriage and less a 20% handling charge. Return carriage cost is at the customer’s expense. Damaged goods will not be credited.
(Goods will not be accepted for credit without a PW returns number)
